I must say that the community manager, Aven Martin, is very professional and is very helpful in answering questions and concerns. He was able to take care of the issues on the same day and handles these issues in a polite and nice manner. So far, one can see that he stands behind his work and makes sure that the job is done. I am very pleased with such services so far and the response time which is quick and expedient when dealing with the issues at hand.

My experience since I moved in has been better than I could expect Brenda has been excellent in working with me & helping me with my move in process my apartment was tidy and there wasn’t any concerning issues regarding up keep. The maintenance man is very helpful and handles any issues in a timely manner I couldn’t be more appreciative of them. Thanks for the warm welcoming!
